Meals on Wheels Order Online
A variety of delicious hot and frozen Meals on Wheels are available to choose from. Take a look at the menus below and click ‘Order Here’ for Frozen Meals (pick-up or delivered for free with a minimum order of ten) or Hot Meals (delivered).

FROZEN MEALS
Frozen meals are available to anyone who would like them (not only seniors and/or clients).
You choose what you eat and when you eat it! These meals provide 40% of an adult’s average daily nutritional requirements (inclusive of special diets). Meals can be heated up easily in a microwave or regular oven. To review the menus, set a pick-up or delivery date and submit an order, click on the Frozen Meals Menu Order Here button below.

HOT MEALS
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday a delicious and nutritious hot meal is delivered to your door by one of our volunteer drivers. Each meal includes a soup or salad, a hot entrée and side, and a dessert. A 'lite' menu of soup, a bun and dessert is also available. Most special dietary requirements can be accommodated, including allergies, intolerances and preparation needs.
COST (includes delivery): $8.00 per meal $6.00 per lite meal
